Fuzz ... I have been slowly and gradually acquiring the same thoughts. A little bit of time passing, and a story about funding issues, is understandable.

But the complete lack of urgency, from multiple sources and resources, that have significant skin in the game? BoD members with significant skin in the game (and rotting capital?) that have relationships and influence in an autonomous country in need of the drug (China)? China could probably just begin offering ABL within its borders with a nod or stroke of the pen (EUA or more?), given safety and clinical data on ABL regardless of USFDA endpoints. I might be wrong on this but I don't think so. After all they can roll tanks over civilians without repercussions.

If the existing and knowledgeable insider big fish investors don't seem to care about RVX and ABL progressing, toward ROI? ... why is that? ... Personally, I have NEVER known ANY smart money people to no be up your butt with inquiries and pressure for safe keeping and ROI on their capital.

I guess the slince could be the "cloak of due diligence" ... but do any of us that have watched for the past 5-20 years want to bet our rear end on that notion? Of course, we all "hope" ...

The only thing I can think of is to turn on the lights and see what the coackroaches are doing, and where they scurry. Follow the cash. Bank accounts, money movements, emails, texts, phone contacts, etc from among those with fiduciary responsibilities to the share holders, via a class action suit - if worthy grounds can be found. If there is fiduciary malfeasance, fraud, collusion, suppression, or other dirty business, someone would likely crack under oath and pressure, these things can be hard to fully and completely disguise from among skilled forensic acountants and investigators.

Anyway, I am sure there are people smarter than me on this board in this area. But we are getting closer and closer to warranting a look under the hood, or at least the credible threat of same.

Don, if you or your cronies monitor these boards, we are talking to YOU. We are hard working people who invested in your company, and gave you our trust, and our dollars. We want to know what you are doing to safeguard that trust and grow our investment in you and your company.

This is not my hope, just spit balling back to Fuzz and his thoughts and questions, which are increasingly on my mind as well.

And it pains me to have to even entertain these notions, but BoD & leadership behavior, and lack of urgency, actions, communications, and efforts seem quite peculiar.
