RVX has had many many issues and problems over the years, except for the science potential of Apabetalone henve the FDA BTD. RVX was always behind the 8 ball with money and cash flow which in had hampered the SP constantly for years,   A competetant CEO years ago would have leveraged a  investment banker like Rothchild investment management  who they breifly had a realtionship with and do  a quick and dirty IPO to generate 100,'s of millions to do BOM with a futiltiy analysis which would have told them the BOM was't powerd enough and make the changes necessarily to pass the trial. It was that close, so here we are 3 1/2 years later with no money and waiting to start BOM2 with no deals to start them?  Would be great for Zenith to be sold and then finance RVX (via loan PP or whatever)to do do BOM2.  I don't think Zenith is that close to a sale  yet .....so maybe RVX get sold on its own but would RVX wouldn't  get close to waht it could have had if BOM woulf have passed years ago
