Although, there may be some growing grounds for a class action suit that looks under the hood, for nefarious activities, misrepresentations, fraud, collusion, violations of fiduciary conduct responsibilities, or other share holder or insider code of conduct concerns.

Or perhaps just the threat of possible exposure, given how much the "facade" of promising opportunities inexplicably do not measure up to current activities let alone results, while leadership collects a fine pay check.
