Since most (not all) of the severe effects of COVID19 are lung related, how much orally delivered apabetalone would get to the lungs to elicit potential effects in lung ACE2 levels?

FWIW, Don once mentioned that RVX-208 could likely be administered as an ointment for localized delivery (can't recall if this was psoriasis or arthritis related).   Anyway, it got me thinking that being such a small-molecule drug that perhaps Apabetalone could be admistered for lung tissue treatment with an inhaler of some sort.
