Great question. I don't recall seeing any data on the magnitude or timing of ACE2 levels in patients taking apabetalone. Maybe it is out there hidden in a poster or publication table, but I don't recall seeing it. Anyone recall seeing any patient ACE2 data?

An additional consideration is the apabetalone tissue distribution. Since most (not all) of the severe effects of COVID19 are lung related, how much orally delivered apabetalone would get to the lungs to elicit potential effects in lung ACE2 levels?
