As far as this news goes, everything is pretty much pointless if the PPS isn't trading north of $1.33 on December 10th. Nobody is going to pay $1.33 to convert a warrant into a share if the PPS is trading for less than that once this incentive program takes effect.
Hopefully we'll have a happy time heading into Christmas.
