KOO - To me this is a no brainer as I have a lot more 4.60 warrants than 2.05s. There seems to be a pretty clear path to market now with safety, eGFR and SGLT2s not to mention CHF. When you add a new patent application, even if it takes 5 more years to get to market, which I think is excessively long, the new owner would have a minimum of 15 years of patent protection. I'd be all over this as the pluses way outweigh the negatives by a large margin at this point.
