The sale is in 1 year,.... 3 years?

Simply saying "Logic would suggest a buyout. It would help if we knew how many companies are seriously interested in buying RVX." just doesn't cut it.

What I'me hearing you saying is that RVX does not have the wherewithal to continue persuing what is tabulated on Slide 42. Hence a sale is somewhat the only option.
