fouremm - Although I agree with the general tone of your message I don't believe that these players are naive enough to do trades that would lead investigators directly to thier door. It would seem that Third Eye simply didn't want to take any trial risk as they are lenders first. ORI are biotech investors which IMO is a good thing.
