The NR of 12 June stated; Database Lock (DBL) will occur sometime after the last patient’s final visit and the last query is resolved. Once safety visits have concluded for all patients, Resverlogix anticipates being in a position to provide an updated projected timeframe for top-line data readout.

The way I read this the company has only said they would give us an updated timeframe some time around or after 04 July. We don't have any idea when the last query will be resolved. So this company has not been really good at meeting their own guidlines. Keep this in mind before assuming there will be a Data Base Lock on 04 July.
