Fuzzy,
I "get" the strategy of selling shares, picking up cheaper warrants "if" your game is to have the best position possible based on BoM success ..... maintain your position for good top line, while removing some capital gains, or even increasing your postion with warrants while mitigating some capital risk. Smart move if you are about "betting" on top line.
I have not done that, wish I had to some degree to mitigate risk, while maintaining "opportunity" assuming/pending positive top line.
But, yes, the other risk is not so positive top line, with a continued belief in the ultimate success of the science, and then losing to "father time" on the warrants, waiting out the next P2/P3 timelines.
The more I think thru all of these scenarios with BoM outcomes, financial strategies, the more I just sit back and remind myself that I have placed my longgg bet, and I am better off spending my time/energy/thoughts focusing on my day job and waiting out results ...
Very interesting reading on the thoughts and strategies of everyone though, some VERY savvy science and financial souls aboard this hub.
Hopefully, the picture comes clear soon, and we all win our BoM bets, based on solid study design targeted to previously understood data, and then of course positive data.
Nothing really matters to me now, except solvency and data. Announcing of Data Lock will "likely" trigger a whole new level of tea leaves, reactions, and apocalyptic behavior I'm sure. The final "window" as the final "finite" countdown is begun, for final bets, and/or profit taking, as the moment of truth approaches.
Every day that goes by, the sounds of the ticking clock and the jeopardy theme gets louder in my noggin ...
... tick tock ...
