No difference....it'll happen when it happens, but the sooner the better for me....right now it represents an uncertainty.  As I posted earlier....I'm not worried about it, its like a birthday present....just waiting for the paper to be torn off so we can see the details.  

It doesn't have to happen even this week....the language of the PR leaves a lot of wiggle room:

It is anticipated that the closing of the Offering will occur on or about May 30, 2019, or such other date or dates as the Company and the Agent may agree. (Emphasis mine).
