Led...you say.. "It has the 58 companies that uplisted either to the Nasdaq or NYSE from the OTC in 2018."

So the OTC "RVXCF" ticker will move up to Nasdaq. Is this what you're saying.  Will we end up with a dual listing? Nasdaq & TSX?

It seems that "Wrap" is not uplisting to Nasdaq. Wrap is an IPO right out of the gate on the Nasdaq exchange as I understand it. 

Seeing that the new offering is only available in 3 Canadian provinces, will that throw a bit of a curveball for moving onto Nasdaq in the overall scheme of things logistically speaking at this point in time, prior to Topline?
