share price!!!!!,,,and disclaimers,,,,it all boils down to risk,,,,,,,how does one balance risk/reward in the biotech sector???,,who can answer that?,,,,,it is sophisticatd gambling,,,,,,many more losers than winners,,,,,, a flip of a coin sort of investing!!

As much as we hate to say it we bought very high risk!!

Even if a certain science is good the management team in a biotech compnay may fail to deliver. That might be just due to the message or not meeting financing obligations or technical milestones,,,,or failing to impress governing bodies,,new competition,,better science comes along,,,and the list goes on and on,,,,,,,,,,

Look at all the junior biotech companies gobbled up by fish not much bigger than the jr itself!!,,as noted when you research many you find,,,,,,,formally called bla,,bla bla,,!!

No wonder there are discalimers in any company,,,the courts are not unfamilliar to class action lawsuits....good grief charlie brown,,,,it is standard fare to have these disclaimers present,,,,,
