While anything is possible I have heard that trial requirements are as stringent or more so in China as they are in the USA. BDAZ would likely have a more authoritative comment on that aspect. I dought that Hepalink is receiving any trial data that is blinded. Yes Hepalink is considered an insider, they have a seat on the board.

Private placement is definately the way to go to get a big position in RVX at this time. If they pass this trial with 30%, 40% or 50% RRR IMO there will be just one more opportunity after that point to participate in the last private placement. Just a guess on my part that the last private placement in that situation would be for $50 million or more at $20 per share or more with no more than 3 or 4 million shares being issued.
