On previous occasions, more than once I believe, I have specifically stated that I did not wish to be made privy to any information that was not in the public domain. Now you have informed me that Resverlogix is in good standing with Third Eye, but that is information that has not been made public.

Good standing?  Not been made public?  Sure it has.  I and most others knew they were still in good standing.  How?  There was/is no news to the contrary.  They would be required to release such news if it existed.

So she has not told you any new information.  It's the absence of new information.
