Some seem okay with being treated like mushrooms....Futility Analysis will be performed at 125 events, nope...but hey its okay that they didn't disclose.  SSRA at 187 events?  Nah...didn't feel like it, and the big boys were likely notified....you retail schmos don't count so just be happy, if we have something to tell you we'll tell you....Anticipating 250 events around the EOY, but we'll keep you guessing on that....good sheep don't ask questions or push.

Well I'm pushing:

Sarah,

Upon reflection you have placed me in a situation that I find very uncomfortable.

On previous occasions, more than once I believe, I have specifically stated that I did not wish to be made privy to any information that was not in the public domain. Now you have informed me that Resverlogix is in good standing with Third Eye, but that is information that has not been made public. During our last conversation Paul told me that you do some monitoring of the Agoracom forum where I participate with the username growacet. I don't know if you've been following my postings there however so I will reiterate my thoughts to you directly.

The company has publicly disclosed that the loan agreement includes a restrictive covenant that requires Top-Line data to be released by January 31st. Obviously the company has breached that covenant, I do not believe that matter can in any way be disputed. Breaching such a covenant opens up all manner of possibilities. You have told me that the company is "in good standing" with Third Eye, which does provide a degree of comfort obviously. But why disclose this fact to me only?

Resverlogix used to have on its website certain values, one of which was a commitment to transparency in corporate communications. I think it is in the best interest of the company, and for shareholders, to be provided an update on the status of the loan via a PR or SEDAR filing.

Please forward my concerns to either Paul or Don along with a request to speak to them by phone. I understand that scheduling such a call is probably the best course so a date and time would be appreciated. If there is disclosure of the kind I believe is needed of course then I'll consider the matter settled.

Regards,

Gordon
