Agreed, very misleading...and imo intentionally so.
The company seems to delight in setting expectations and then failing to meet them. Don't like it? Sell.....that's the reaction I believe they're trying to elicit.
I bet they went back 12-18 months when they first communicated that 10-15 event/month rate....and further I bet that if they'd only gone back 3 months that the number would have been around 5.
