A couple more answers, though not good answers.

"Will we hear anything out of Resverlogix prior to BIO CEO & Investor Conference February 11-12, 2019 in New York?"

Well, we now know there are over 220 MACE events.  

"Is that MACE rate range still accurate or has it been less than 10 per month over the past 4 months?"

Between the AGM on 9/12/2018 and Biotech Showcase in January 2019, Resverlogix stated in various presentations that MACE events were happening with an occurrence rate of 10-15 per month. After Biotech Showcase, when questioned about this IR referred folks back to the most recent corporate update that stated this same MACE occurrence rate. So essentially we've been fed the same info for 5 months now. We are now 5 months since the initial MACE occurrence rate statement made at the AGM, at which time there were "around 200" MACE events, that led folks to believe that there should be ~250 MACE by now. Clearly, they were wrong and/or misleading on this issue. Horrible company guidance on this issue. Notice that they now dropped any MACE occurrence rate statement from their most recent BIO CEO presentation.
