Keep in mind that with 250 events, this would be the apabetalone/placebo event split to get the corresponding %RRR. So the apabetalone group can still experience more than a few events and BETonMACE would still achieve an astronomical %RRR.
110/140 = 21.4% RRR
100/150 = 33.3% RRR
90/160 = 43.7% RRR
75/175 = 57.1% RRR
