Obviously our views differ KBC.  I'm not sure what would be so complicated about selling assets from a merged company vs each separate company and I think there would be a few large pharmas that at some point would be interested in the entire epigenetics package, perhaps even more intersted in all the assets as opposed to those in just one company or the other.

As far as the idea being floated by RVX shareholders "looking to get something for nothing" I own shares in both companies. I would part with some, definitely not all, of my Zenith shares on a straight up trade for RVX shares.

I hope you are correct that both companies will be sold. Sooner than later is my hope then I could likely follow the assets while at the same time unload the lousy business management of these companies.
