fouremm - Doesn't look like we will need to concern ourselves with a merging of the two companies for at least a year now as there is no mention of this in the Notice of Meetings that we received in the mail this week. Who knows what will happen over the next year! Maybe there will be Special Meetings called for both companies in the next 12 months that could make it unnecessary to have an annual meeting for either entity.
