Having the IP encumbered again....it kind of puts both Eastern and HL up against it.  When the loan comes due they either pony up or watch all the company's assets gobbled up for a song by 3rd Eye.  

It'd be nice to see this financing with BB go through for a raise around another $30 million....then the wolves will be far away from the door for a while
