I know that in my 4 years, I don't recall a time when they've announced a financing via a PR that didn't come to fruition.  I know there have been lots of power point slides that have talked of things like liscensing deals to be announced that never happened of course.

Somehow though I think this could be different depending on if the BB negotiations are able to bring in significant dollars....then perhaps the loan with 3rd Eye wouldn't be required.

I know we got a nice bump in the PPS when the HL deal allowed the LOC to be retired late last year...and Don talking about how some investment funds would now be able to take a position, that really played out big.
