GAC I agree that technical analysis gives less of a picture of collective knowledge with stocks like RVX which is thinly traded.

However, for me, the graphs and trends provide another picture of this company. This picture provides a baseline. I would never invest my $ on this basis but the charts sum up important information.

It is the science that is the only thing that counts. However, great management has the capabiliy to present the value of a company to investors. Obviously Don does not have this capability at all.

I can't call Don a "snake oil salesman". Why? Because he is not selling snake oil in my opinion! He is selling break through science and he does not know how to sell it! What do the scientific and investment communities know about apabetalone that we don't?

It will be very interesting to see if he gives his 2 or 3 year old standard presentation at the NYC Biotech conference and/or if there are more delays subtley imbedded within.
