Traveling down some rabbit holes....that ''partnership'' line of thinking, it looks like I didn't define my search terms well enough in google, the terms partner and partnership have been used before....okay.
But my searching brought me to something I haven't seen before, 'The OCMX'.

I found that after first finding this:

Of note is the disclaimer available on the main site. Its pretty standard boiler plate about nothing on the site being an offer to buy/sell etc etc yada yada.....consult with a professional advisor blah blah blah.
But then is says that...ah to heck with it, here's the cut and paste. A note for Koo....look who they list as the management team, just four people. Okay...the disclaimer: (the bolding is my own)
