I don't want to put too fine a point on this, it wouldn't be the first time that I, or others, have seen things that weren't there.

Was just scanning the presentation and took note of slide #8, which is titled: 

Shenzhen Hepalink Partnership

Near as I can tell its a perfect copy of slide #8, from the presenation done in San Diego back in June.  And if memory serves that was the PP that had the wrong debt figure and other sundry errors like MC and number of shares.  

I've done some googling, and other than these two slides I can't find anything where Shenzhen Hepalink is referred to as a partner.  Not in April 2015 when they signed the liscensing deal, and not with the recent Private Placement news either.

If June of this year was the first time that Shenzhen Hepalink was referred to as a partner....or of being "in partnership" with Resverlogix, specifically at the Bio-International Convention in Sand Diego, then I consider it....well, curious at least.  I never believed the misrepresented debt figure to be a simple typing mistake.

It makes me wonder if perhaps some type of formal partnership or even a M&A transaction may be in the cards.  And it brings to mind the recent news about the MOU signed between the TMX and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Of course I could be jumping the gun on weed legalization with my thinking, perhaps something like a...ahhhh....Oh I don't know, maybe something like a CVR is more likely.  :-)
