I got that, they accepted subscriptions....and said the closing was "scheduled to occur" on or about September 7th, but "scheduled to occur" is one of those lovely phrases that is forward looking, and thus not to be relied upon because of safe harbour provisions.  After all they announced that they were scheduled to do investor presentations in the past that didn't happen...so this could be the same thing I'm assuming.
