Confusing times Koo...so many questions, but not about the science so much as with simple housekeeping matters.  

Was the PP of 3 million units priced at $1.50 and announced Sept 5th....Was it ever closed?  Or was it perhaps canceled in the coming wake of the HL private placement for $87 million?  The company used the financial harship exemption with the extension of the loan, and that piece of business closed....So how could the TSX not approve the PP to HL if they already accepted the decision of the company that they're in a dire financial condition?
