I realize you are talking about a sale of the company as a whole, that's what am talking about as well.  Still a straightforward concept, just lots of detail.  

I think the last thing we need to worry about is the RPS's, with Eastern being the largest RVX shareholder and by far the largest beneficiary of the the RPS's through its Zenith holdings I'm sure whatever deal comes down the pipe the RPS owners interests will be well protected.
