That's a legtimate point of view....

But again, they said they'd be attending the investor event in Paris, and didn't.  They said they'd be announcing a licensing/partnership deal by the end of 2016, and didn't.  They've talked about additional analyst coverage, that hasn't happened...and there are probably several other examples of them failing to deliver on what they've said they'll do.

Now....given that history, is it reasonable to expect that "this time" will be different?  Not long to wait in any event.

If they fail to announce something before the bell, and based on history that seems a reasonable expectation, will the market see that as a "huge negative"?  We'll know one way or another in about 19 hours.  

Obviously each individual must make the determination of what is a "huge negative" and what isn't....we'll see what the market says.  If nothing comes out with little reaction, then we'll know what the overall market thinks.

My expectation....I'm on side with SF on this, a lack of news seems a very reasonable expectation based on the history.  And if that happens we'll see what the trading looks like.
