My opinion is that the pending futility analysis and the loan/financing are related. If positive futility analysis results are announced prior to August 28th, perhaps that opens up certain doors for loan/financing options. However, if the futility analysis is not announced prior to August 28th, then certain doors will not be opened and there are default options for dealing with loan/financing. Of course, "prior to August 28th" probably means on or before Friday August 25th. I'm not even going to go down the negative futility analysis rabbit hole.
