We intend to complete an equity private placement within the next month; however, there is no assurance that the placement will be completed.
Has the company ever failed to deliver before? They were going to present in Paris, there was a licensicing/partnership deal to be announced before the end of 2016, there were more analysts coming on board....
But this time they'll deliver on the intended PP....
