I know what it means, and I used it intentionally. 

If the Citibank loan isn't resolved....then that sword will come crashing down to brutal effect imo.  It is because of this sword, that is the loan....as I see things that is the single biggest reason why borrowing and dumping 600K shares short had such a devastating impact on the PPS.

Resolve Eastern's standby letter of credit and I doubt anyone would even try shorting that many shares...
