My guess is that the next news release will highlight the upcoming Resverlogix symposium on June 5th at ERA-EDTA entitled "Managing CKD, Diabetes & CVD: Is epigenetics a new way forward?". However, the next 4 weeks as we close out Q2 holds potential for various bits of news:

ERA/EDTA BET inhibitor RENAL symposium on June 5. Conference runs June 3 to June 6.

ADA Scientific Sessions (presentation similar title as for ACC 2017 and EAS 2017 abstract, no likely nothing too new). Conference runs June 9 to June 13.

Start of Phase 2a Renal Trial (listed as June 15th start data on ClinicalTrials.gov)

4th DSMB for BETonMACE (last one March 17, seem to be happending every 3 months)

Bio International (will we get a Corporate Update/Webcast?): Resverlogix is on schedule for Monday 6/19 4:15 PM San Diego time. Side note, Zenith is on schedule for Tuesday June 20th 3:30 PM.

Of course, it would also be nice to hear about other things that have been rumored to be coming for some time: financing (Regional Licensing/Partnering/Co-Development Deal, etc), FDA meeting/inclusion in BETonMACE, IND for second compound, PNH or other orphan trial launch, new website, new analysts, new publications. I still think it is too early for the futility analysis, but if it is good news I wouldn't mind being wrong!
