Koo - I read this opposite of the way you did. Mr. McLennan acted on behalf of the seller, Resverlogix, otherwise there would be a conflict of interest that is not stated as McLennan’s firm is listed as Resverlogix council. A firm like that would not jeopardize their reputation for a fee this small or any amount for that matter.
