,,,,hummmmm,,,,I think we should give DM a break on his previously suggested timing on such a deal,,,,,,,,,,,,, these negotiations would be very complicated and both sides need to ensure they understand the limits of the deal as to what they own and dont own,,,,,,,,,,the RPS might have been part of the equation where an I or T was not accurately accounted for,,,,,,,,,,,,,who knows,,,,,,,,,,making a win win deal where each party is comfortable no doubt takes time,,,,especially when risk is factored into the deal as a huge unknown,,,and then factor in the business side of things with KD and HL looking over your shoulder arms crossed and tapping their toe,,,,,,DM has to negotiate with more than one entity I assume,,,its hard enuff to make a deal on a gd automobile alone a technology that is so far unproven in mankind,,,,, just an opinion,,,,,,,,,,,,
