That one is on me Hartland....Torpedo reported DM saying "we missed that one" and I, in writing my message...I got it wrong and changed it to "we lost that one".....although as I've said, to my they're pretty much synonomous (sp?).  Whether you miss the 8:13 train out of Union, or lose it....either way you're not on the train and you're not heading for your destination.  

Will we catch a later train?  I don't know.....but I am none too pleased with DM right now.  When the CEO of a public company says "We will", I take that to the bank.  Had he said "We expect" or "We anticipate", and then missed/lost....okay, fair enough. I try not to lie to my kids, I tell them "I will try to be there, but I can't promise" when there is doubt about my making an event....most times I make it, but I don't believe in over promising and  under delivering.

I have a concern.  Donald McCaffrey on at least 2 occasions during recent investor presentations stated that Resverlogix "will be announcing" a 2nd licensing/partnership deal in 2016. He did not say anticipated, expected, he spoke thus: "We will be announcing".

Has something happened to change this material statement?  If so when can I expect to see public disclosure via a PR or SEDAR filing?
