I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that the SEDAR notification fulfills the requirement to notify the markets of a material development.

I sent them 2 messages (one by email and another on the web form on the site) asking why the AGM was cancelled, but neither was answered. I know other's have posted the responses they were given, and there seemed to be some contradictions (rescheduled, not yet rescheduled) but I wanted something from the horse's mouth....even if it was just "we can't say at this time".

Whatever the reason for them keeping so quiet....like all longs I'm hoping that there's something positive in the works.
