Food for thought, I at first glance Monday when G1946V mentioned that Resverlogix AGM was cancelled on the AGM i was little skepitical on what that actually meant. It could have been anything, including just an increase or extention in LOC from citi. Moving forward to Tuesday when we found out that Zenith has also cancelled their AGM my eyes widening up alot more.

We already know that zenith is fully funded for quite awhile from thr $1.00 USD finacing from Eastern a few month back, So we can question that cancellation for Zeniths AGM is not about a financing IMO, so the fact that both Zenith and Resverlogix cancelled at the same time make me wonder what this material information(Sarah mentioned to Torpedoman) that can not be released is, if it is not a financing then what is it, The market is not telling us anything but that doesn't mean it is bad, negotiations can take along time as we all know
