It's too funny. For the last 10 years, email and phone call correspondence from the company has never been questioned. But now that a few folks are clinging to the fantasy that a postponed and rescheduled AGM might just mean a buyout or deal (or a Romulan invasion), said info from the company must be viewed with extreeeeeeeme scepticism.
