When you schedule something you affix a day and time.....when you reschedule something you cancel the old date and time and replace them with a new date and time.

Until they announce a new date and time for the AGM the meeting has not been rescheduled.....they can say they're planning to reschedule, or that they expect to reschedule...but it has not yet been rescheduled.
