I'm fine with this. No need to poll the board for preferene to send a checklist now or later. However, with it being last week of July it is extremely doubtful that any of our issues raised now would be addressed in the next quarterly reports.
Whatever is sent to management should be as comprehensive as possible. Also, it would be helpful that if anything is sent to management that it is either posted here first for some input and posted again here if a revised version was sent to management.
Here are several posts to consider (not an exhaustive list, just some suggestions for starters) for composing the revised checklist to send to management. I won't have time to look through everything until later this week.
Here is my "checklist" post from after the Q1 update.
Here are some of my notes from the Q2 update.
Here are my notes from the Resverlogix NYAS symposium.
Here's some info on their next big event: ESC 2016 in Rome.
Here's some info on their kidney trial (now dosing).
Here's some info on the Zenith/Resverlogix split of compounds and autoimmune interests. Here is some additional info about RVX-297 and autoimmune.
Here is San Fran's original checklist for management post and my response. You can follow the thread for additional responses.
Here is SanFran's original state of emergency post. You can follow the thread for additional responses. Here is one of my responses that includes Q3 events and potential AGM dates to consider for future communications. And SanFran's great recommendations for the AGM.
