,,,hummm,,,,,,at present it looks like DM will probably have to give up a good chunk of the company to KD and gang to get through the 2107 LoC,,,,hopefully that changes,,,we will see what DM is made of by mid next year!,,,,,,,,,,if RVX is looking at options I would like to know what options those are,,,,,,,,,,,as noted earlier in my posts I am betting that KD and gang dont want another partner which is probably the only ace up DMs so called sleeve, if he has one come summer of 2017,,,,,,,,,his silence on this issue does not help share price for himself or us minions,,,,,,,,,,,,an extension to the letter of credit for another 2 years will be costly imo no matter what options he/they are looingk at!,,,,,is KD involved in all these options and details,,,,,is he at arms length from these discussions??,,,,,how is that with him being a major sharholder,,,,,,,without a third party threat I feel DM will have only one option and that is to play to KD and gang,,,,it will be his last kick at the proverbial can as controlling ownership of this company might just change!!!!!!!!!!,,,and if this share price remains weak it will be highly dilutive,,, So, if this play is going to be worth billions then the players already involved will want to be major beneficiaries of that wind fall and elbow others away from the table dont you think,,,,,,,the anticipated business model (including the BoM results etc. ) going forward is the only thing that will drive share price prior to actual hard reults and us meeting end points,,,,a business model with no clarity and no sound fundamentals and no market enthusiasm,,,,,we get what we have,,,,,,no market support at any level,,,,,with no market support the next 12 months,,,,,then,,,,,,we know that plays into any entity looking to make a PP in RVX,,,,,,,,,,,it comes to a head next summer and probably at the 23rd hour!,,,and remember ,,,we just spent the past year in the blink of an eye,,,,this next one will be even quicker,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
