,,,hummmmm,,,what is a new regional deal going to bring to the table??,,,,,,nothing but dilution at best, especially when we are at this price level.........DM has us once again between a rock and a hard place,,,,,,nothing going his or our way for the past year.......KD and the major insiders are probably rubbing thier hands in anticipation of gaining share percentage and the IP on the cheap I dont see us getting our share price up without a goood MM and sharp PR! Employing cash into RVX with the time window we know about keeps money on the sidelines!!

RVX does not provide solid direction to thier shareholders so sideliners see that as Management having no resolve on important issues. The market knows dilution is coming!!!,,,,,,DM knows dilution is coming!!!,,,,,,KD & HL both know dilution is coming.....that dilution will be substantial at such a low share price level,,,,,,,who gains by it,,,,,,,,from my chair the insiders that have the deep pockets,,,,,,only with a much higher share price can this issue be more manageable and less pain to existing shareholders. That is not going to happen at the present rate as the market has been speaking for a year now on what it thinks,,,and that is dilution and a painful amount of it. The market likes seeing a path forward,,,it sees risk in the BoM results,,,,,the LoC,,,,,and no business plan around anything,,,,,the base milestone for RVX has a target of a year!,,and we even miss them!

Maybe the deep pockets get the price to where they will take the whole company out!! We are getting close to where it would make more sense for KD and HP to take out RVX than to have anything to do around a deal on the debt with DM and gang! As the window closes in, and the share price stagnates it puts KD in a much better position to structure any sort of debt deal.

On a side note, as far as this nonsense about watching the short position numbers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,please forget it.... the shorting risk is greater than the risk around getting good numbers from the BoM,,,,!! jmo
