I'm going to assume you meant MACE reduction, as in Major Adverse Cardiac Event, and not MACD reduction....the only definition for the acronym MACD that I know is the TA version, Moving Average Convergence Divergence. You had me thinking "what the hell is MACD reduction"!?!?!

Typos aside...and I'm not throwing stones, I make TONS of them :-)

In my books everything is for sale....obviously that's not a profound statement, some guy named Machiavelli beat me to it by a few hundred years, and he probably stole it from someone before him.

The Bloomberg article came out when RVX was still trading up close to $3.....Well, if a deal had been announced with a buyout price of between $4 and $5 per share, I would not have been too upset. A bird in the hand and all that....maybe RVX-208 will be the blockbuster drug we're all hoping for, but we also know that it might not.

There's an old saying in real estate....that the first offer you get is more often than not the best.

Anyway the markets will be open in a few short hours....hopefully enough buyers will believe we're golden.
