Soory to disagree about The BAPE report but it was needed . This process is somewhat similar to what the EPA is doing down south and it is a way to lead the govt. in the right direction in order to pass law enabling the industry to work in a proper context . Too bad it slows down the process but it's about transparency and a democratic approach . In the long term i believe it will do us good .
Studies will help define the geology more appropriately and an environmental safe way to conduct fracing while reassuring the population through trusted information . New permits will be given imo to determine the geology , no other way to do that without expending exploration through the land , but it will be done where the population welcomes it .
People trust the BAPE wich gives credence to the upcoming process and to the decisions and laws the govt. will make , i don't think this will slow us down that much .
Rocco concerning the reference you allude to in english concerniong the BAPE report i did'nt have time to research it , but i'm pretty sure that's what i eard from some of the videos i listened to .
As for recent action i think volume as someone said here speaks loud , few are getting out , mostly retail i guess , so the ground we lost will should be regained easily in the right time , maybe a couple of months , not sure .
The wording from the ministers and their overall attitude to the questions they answered clearly indicated this report will be used to further advancement of the industry , that's my understanding of course . I believe it already cooled down many opponents , i don't mean it will shut them up but they've lost momentum going forward , they were hoping the report would be more pessimistic and call for a moratorium , now that's behind us .
Have to go , have a good day trading
