I agree tec. I've heard from many investors in QEC that are in Quebec that it doesn't matter who is in power, they would exploit this. It's just that the opposition always wants to be the one to bring wealth, so the PQ are going to object...it's their job too do act that way. They are not going to sit their and praise the Charest government...no many times you get that from an opposition party.
Bottom line is this is moving forward, we are basically 5-6 weeks away from getting our BAPE recommendation on how to move forward and we'll also see legislation being put into place. After that it will be a nice steady move forward...or it could be fast depending on what TLM wants to do. Frankly having a one rig program in place from Lone Pine Resources is huge...they have the proper expertise on how to mimic Talisman's St Ed well because QEC has shared that with them. They really did a poor job first time, and this time around I see better things.
One question I do have is, does this "rig" mean a service crew attached to it? I am guessing it does. If that's the case, that mean this rig will be there all year and service crews need to be put to work all the time...if they are sending one out there for a "program"...I can only assume it means to get a lot of work done back to back...without much pause.
They did shoot seismic in certain areas, so I am thinking that's where they will start.
Any thoughts?
