Pretty sure the method by which we will be dual listing on NASDAQ means one share pool of all shares. Theoretically investors in the U.S. could buy every freely trading share through the NASDAQ ticker, and vice versa (if they were willing to pay the increasing costs required to pry them out of our long holding hands). There is no chunk set aside for America (other than a market maker might hold a chunk to make trading more liquid and prevent/take immediate advantage of arbitrage).

I could be wrong on some element of that but I feel that's how it was previously described.
