1) My first question is I would like to know how much competition you have in your main divisions and is there any company that has a product that is similiar to your plasma torches?

2) I know you do not intend to issue shares in the near future but when you will need to raise, is there any plans to start issuing mainly in the US? If more US shares are out there, the volume will be greater on NASDAQ and more Americans will be aware of PYR.

This is the what SHOP did and they have more volume in trading in the US than Canada.
